TERMS: All orders are payment with order or against proforma invoice and are dispatched upon receipt of payment. Discounts are available by arrangement on multiple copies and to educational establishments and booksellers. Returns for credit require prior authorisation in writing and must be returned in a resaleable condition to the following address clearly labelled with the return authorisation number:

LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS: Any claims for publications lost in shipping (non-delivered) or received in a damaged condition must be made within 6 weeks of the date on which we notified you that the publication had been shipped. Where publications have been sent by International Recorded Airmail we require a written report from the relevant national postal authority quoting the tracking
number and confirming the loss.

PAYMENT: Payment may be made by Visa/Mastercard credit card in GBP or by cheque in £UK (GBP) or Euros. Cheques should be made payable to CPL SCIENTIFIC PUBLISHING SERVICES LTD, in UK Pounds drawn on a UK bank or Euros drawn on a European bank. Emailed, faxed or telephoned orders will only be accepted if accompanied by credit card payment or proforma invoice request. Failure to comply with these requirements will delay dispatch of the order.
